Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how HyperKurve ("we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through our website at hyperkurve.com (the "Site") and our operational diagnostic form.

2. Information Collected

We collect information directly from you when you submit it, as well as basic technical data generated by site visits:

Voluntary Submissions: When you complete our operational diagnostic quiz, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, company name, role, and responses to diagnostic questions.

Site Analytics: We use GoatCounter to review aggregate site traffic. GoatCounter operates without using cookies or persistent identifiers, and analytics data is hosted on our infrastructure.

Server Logs & Content Delivery: Our hosting infrastructure automatically processes standard server request logs (such as IP addresses and browser headers) for network security, troubleshooting, and performance. Additionally, our Site dynamically loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which processes standard HTTP requests (including IP addresses) to deliver font assets to your browser.

3. Use of Information

Information submitted through the diagnostic form is used to evaluate fit for our platform, communicate with you regarding your submission, and provision a platform tenant environment if we move forward together.

4. Information Disclosures

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

5. Retention

We retain submitted contact information and diagnostic responses as necessary to evaluate your inquiry, maintain business records, or support active platform tenant accounts. If a tenant environment is closed or deleted, associated platform credentials and data are removed from active systems. Standard business email correspondence may be retained for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.

6. External Links

Our Site contains outbound links to external platforms, such as LinkedIn and YouTube. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

7. Individual Rights & Inquiries

California residents and other visitors may have rights under applicable privacy laws regarding personal information we hold about them, such as requesting access to or deletion of submitted contact details.

The personal information we hold is limited to what you directly submit. Account credentials for active platform tenants can be managed within the platform settings. To submit a privacy inquiry or request deletion of a form response prior to tenant creation, contact us at legal@hyperkurve.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended solely for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
